Sean Christopher, President and CEO, is pleased to announce that Smoothcube Business Analytics Corporation (“Smoothcube”) has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Ottawa-Outaouais chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).
“This is a good day for both our organization and the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter. This agreement fits with our strategic objective of working with the IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter to not only advance the business analysis profession in the region but to work together to continue to provide quality business analysis education and activities to the business analyst professional community in Ottawa-Outaouais,” said Christopher, from Smoothcube’s head office in Barrhaven, Ontario.
“We are very happy to have the local Chapter working with us. We, in turn, are excited about the upcoming year. Business analysis is a growing profession and we want to sustain a focus of providing high quality workshops, meetings and cost-effective education to the business analysis community.
The agreement allows Smoothcube to support one local Chapter meeting and one workshop during the next year, beginning in September, 2017 and concluding in June, 2018.
“Not only will Smoothcube provide support for the meeting and workshop during the next season, but it will also be a presence throughout the year by attending as many of the IIBA-OO’s events as possible. Not only do we provide education, but we also learn in our capacity as business analyst’s too,” said Christopher, a seasoned business analyst, with over 13 years experience.
“It’s a good fit for us and for IIBA-OO.”
